Technical Parameters Material Spec: galvanized steel and carbon steel; Thickness: 0.8~1.2mm; Main motor power: 4 kw; Hydraulic station power: 3 kw; Steps of rollers: 15 stands/pairs to form (subject to final design); Web size: 35/20mm; Yield stress: 235 Mpa~550Mpa; Roll forming speed 12~15 m/min.; Line speed: 7~8m/min. (including punching and cutting time); Cutting Tolerance: ≤±2.5mm ( length≤ 5000mm) ; ≤±3mm ( 5000mm < length ≤ 10000mm) ; Hydraulic uncoiler: Max.
